These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between LeaderGrowthTop and participants of our leadership development services, executive coaching, leadership training workshops, and organizational development sessions. They apply to all offered leadership development services and supplementary provisions. By engaging our services or registering for a leadership development session, you agree to these conditions.
Engaging our leadership development services can be done in person at our facility, by telephone, email, or through our website. The contract is established upon confirmation by LeaderGrowthTop. For workshops and specialized leadership development courses, prior registration is required as we limit participant numbers to help optimal service quality. The right to leadership development participation exists only after receipt of a confirmation and payment processing, where applicable.
Our services include leadership development for professionals and organizations, executive coaching workshops, individual leadership sessions, organizational development training seminars, and complementary offerings such as personalized leadership plans and group coaching sessions. The type, scope, and duration of each service are defined in the current service description or the respective engagement contract. LeaderGrowthTop reserves the right to modify service offerings, schedules, and coaching personnel when necessary for organizational or content-related reasons. If a coach is unavailable, we will provide a qualified substitute or offer an alternative session where possible.
Service fees are payable in advance unless alternative payment terms have been agreed upon. For comprehensive leadership development packages, installment payments may be arranged. Payment is processed via bank transfer or, in special cases, directly at our coaching facility. Prices for specialized leadership development services or custom service development are indicated separately and due by the specified date. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to exclude the participant from further leadership development participation or to charge interest according to legal provisions.
At LeaderGrowthTop, we are committed to client satisfaction and leadership development excellence. If you are not satisfied with our leadership development services, please notify us within 14 days of service completion or session delivery. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and help your professional objectives are met. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the following principles:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@leadergrowthtop.com with detailed explanation of the concerns and specific leadership development elements that did not meet expectations. Each request will be reviewed within 7 business days, and we commit to fair resolution that supports both client satisfaction and service integrity.
Current session times are available on our website and in service descriptions. We request punctual attendance. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in denied access to ongoing sessions out of consideration for other participants and to maintain service quality. Missed sessions or leadership development packages cannot be made up or refunded unless expressly agreed upon or individually arranged in special circumstances.
Participation in our leadership development services is at your own responsibility. All personal information and professional details shared during our sessions are subject to confidentiality. LeaderGrowthTop commits to maintaining the strictest confidentiality standards and expects the same from all participants. We request that existing professional challenges or special circumstances be confidentially disclosed before service commencement. In case of doubt, we recommend prior consultation with another leadership coach. LeaderGrowthTop is not liable for self-inflicted inconveniences or indirect consequences of participation.
The premises and equipment of LeaderGrowthTop must be treated with care. Leadership development materials and professional resources are provided for the sessions and included in the service fee unless otherwise indicated. LeaderGrowthTop assumes no liability for personal belongings and valuables. The coaching rooms and common areas should be left in an orderly condition.
The content, methods, leadership development materials, and professional resources provided in our services are subject to copyright. Distribution, commercial use, or publication without express permission from LeaderGrowthTop is not permitted. All participants commit to confidentiality regarding personal information of other participants. Photo, video, or audio recordings during sessions are allowed only with prior consent of all present individuals and the session leader.
Participants' personal data is treated with the utmost care and used exclusively for contract processing and leadership development service delivery. Disclosure to third parties occurs only as necessary for contract fulfillment. Further details are regulated in our separate Privacy Policy.
Singapore law applies. The jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of LeaderGrowthTop.
